I am writing this
letter today to inform
you of the exceptional
service that I have
received from one of
your loan
officers–Stuart
Goldstein. My wife and
I refinanced
approximately six
months ago with a
different lender and
the experience was
horrifying. We were
told we could get cash
out amounting to
$30,000 and then found
out at the closing that
we could only receive
$600. That’s
correct; $29,400 less
than we were originally
told and not one person
at the lending company
informed us of that
fact until the very
end. The loan officer
dragged us through the
mud the entire way.
As you can imagine, I
was reluctant to go
through this process
again but I knew that I
needed to in order to
get out of the bad loan
program I was in. Like
many people, I searched
the web and found
information about your
company. After filling
out the online
application I was
contacted later the
same day by Stuart. He
was very interested in
listening to the
problems I encountered

assured me that he

Less than one week
